bestbet Terms and Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bestbet.plus, registering an account, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and bestbet. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

bestbet reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of bestbet after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use bestbet you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering as an individual natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended bestbet account.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or operating an account commercially for third parties.
• You must be accessing bestbet from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.

bestbet will request identity documentation before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued ID. Providing false information at any stage is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any pending balance.

If we have reasonable grounds to believe an account is being operated by a minor, bestbet will freeze the account immediately, conduct an investigation, and if the suspicion is confirmed, close the account and return any deposits made (minus any amounts wagered).

03 Account Registration & Security

Each player is entitled to one account only. bestbet uses mobile number verification (OTP) as the primary registration method. Your mobile number must be a valid Pakistani number that you personally own and control.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bestbet will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone. Any activity on your account is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to our support team in a timely manner.

• Sharing accounts is prohibited. Allowing another person to access or operate your account — even a family member — is a breach of these terms.
• Automated access using bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform is prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
• Suspicious activity including unusual betting patterns, coordinated wagering, or abuse of promotions will trigger a security review. bestbet reserves the right to hold withdrawals during a review period.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact bestbet support immediately via live chat or email. We will freeze your account upon verified request within minutes of a report being received.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on bestbet are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200
• Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your bestbet account within seconds of confirmation.
• IBFT deposits are typically credited within one business day depending on your bank's processing time.
• Visa/Mastercard deposits follow standard card authorisation and may take up to 30 minutes.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.
• Standard accounts receive withdrawal processing within 30 minutes to 4 hours during business hours.
• VIP Silver and above receive same-business-day processing. VIP Platinum and Elite receive priority processing with no queue.
• bestbet reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a one-time requirement per account.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5 below.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

bestbet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to Pakistani players. All bonuses are subject to the terms described in this section unless a specific promotion page states otherwise, in which case those specific terms apply alongside these general terms.

Welcome Bonus:

• New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a 100% match bonus up to Rs 10,000.
• Minimum qualifying deposit to activate the welcome bonus: Rs 500.
• The welcome bonus carries a 20× wagering requirement on the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made.
• Only one welcome bonus per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses using different accounts are considered bonus abuse and will result in account closure.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds are withdrawable, once the wagering requirement is met.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games including Roulette, Teen Patti, and Andar Bahar typically contribute 20%. Poker and sports betting may contribute at different rates specified in the individual promotion terms.
• bestbet reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed, or to void bonuses in cases of suspected abuse.
• Bonuses expire 30 days after being credited unless otherwise stated. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited.

06 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on bestbet — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Poker, Roulette, Jackpot Slots, and the PSL Betting section — are governed by individual game rules that form part of these Terms and Conditions. By playing any game on bestbet you agree to those rules.

RNG Games: All random-number-generator-based games on bestbet use a certified RNG that has been independently audited. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages published on each game's information page are accurate and represent the verified long-run payout rates.

Live Dealer Games: Live dealer tables operate with real equipment (physical cards, real roulette wheels) in certified studio environments. Video feeds are HD-streamed with redundant connections to minimise disruption. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, bestbet's disconnection policy applies — described in Section 8.

Sports Betting (PSL and Cricket): All PSL and cricket bets are settled based on official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB / PSL management). bestbet reserves the right to void bets on abandoned or incomplete matches in accordance with our sports betting rules.

• Players must not engage in collusion, match-fixing awareness exploitation, or any other form of cheating.
• Using publicly unavailable information to gain a systematic advantage over the platform or other players is prohibited.
• bestbet reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings where there is evidence of rule violation.

07 Responsible Gaming Obligations

bestbet takes responsible gaming seriously and has invested significantly in tools that help Pakistani players maintain healthy gaming habits. These tools are available to all players at all times — you do not need to contact support to use them.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set notifications that alert you after a chosen period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without full self-exclusion.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from bestbet. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months. bestbet will also suppress all marketing communications to self-excluded players.

08 Technical Issues & Disconnection Policy

bestbet operates on resilient infrastructure with multiple redundancies, but technical issues can occur. The following policies apply when they do:

• Mid-game disconnection (RNG games): If a disconnection occurs after a bet has been confirmed and the game round has started, the round will complete server-side and the result will be recorded. Your balance will be updated correctly when you reconnect. bestbet's server logs are the definitive record in all disputes.
• Mid-game disconnection (Live Dealer): If you are disconnected from a live dealer table mid-round, the physical result of that round still stands. Your bet will be settled on that result. If no bet was placed before the disconnection, no settlement occurs.
• Platform outages: In the event of a complete platform outage affecting multiple players, bestbet will announce the issue via support channels and credit any affected bets within 24 hours of resolution. Affected players will be contacted directly.
• Incorrect odds or game errors: bestbet reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds or due to a software error. Winnings from such errors are not payable. Where this occurs, all stakes will be refunded in full.

09 Account Closure & Termination

Either party — the player or bestbet — may close an account at any time, subject to the conditions below.

Player-initiated closure: You can request account closure by contacting bestbet support. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met. Note that if bonus-derived winnings remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement, those funds are forfeited on account closure.

bestbet-initiated closure: bestbet may suspend or close an account immediately and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment methods or identity fraud
• Collusion, cheating, or any attempt to manipulate game outcomes
• Multi-accounting or systematic bonus abuse
• Failure to provide required identity verification documents within the specified timeframe
• Account activity that bestbet determines presents unacceptable legal or reputational risk

In cases of bestbet-initiated closure due to player breach, any balance in the account — including genuine deposited funds — may be withheld pending investigation. Verified clean deposits not linked to fraudulent activity will be returned once the investigation is complete.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on bestbet.plus — including but not limited to the platform design, logo, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of bestbet or its licensed content providers. Nothing on this platform grants you a licence to reproduce, distribute, or modify any such content.

The bestbet name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of the platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including social media, third-party websites, or printed materials — is strictly prohibited and will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

11 Limitation of Liability

bestbet provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we invest heavily in uptime, security, and performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bestbet excludes all liability for:

• Loss of winnings resulting from platform downtime or technical error, beyond the refund of the relevant stake
• Any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of the platform
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials
• Losses arising from third-party payment processor delays or failures outside bestbet's control

Nothing in these terms limits bestbet's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death and personal injury caused by our negligence. These exclusions are subject to the mandatory protections available to consumers under Pakistani law.

12 Privacy & Data

bestbet collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with that policy. Key points are:

• Your personal data is used to provide the service, verify your identity, process payments, and communicate with you about your account.
• bestbet does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.
• Financial transaction data is encrypted and stored securely. SSL encryption protects all data in transit between your device and bestbet's servers.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and your relationship with bestbet are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of bestbet that cannot be resolved through our internal support process, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through written correspondence before pursuing any formal process.

bestbet's internal dispute resolution process is as follows:

• Step 1: Submit your complaint via live chat or email to support@bestbet.plus with full details and any supporting evidence.
• Step 2: bestbet will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a full written response within 5 business days.
• Step 3: If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter in writing. A senior review will be completed within 10 further business days.
